RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manages regulatory projects registrations, including preparation of registration dossier, submission and follow up with regulatory authorities
• Maintains and renews existing product licenses
• Keeps up to date with changes in regulatory legislation and guidelines in Asia Pacific countries assigned and sharing the information within the organization
• Interprets and provides regulatory guidance to cross functional team including manufacturers, scientists and marketing and sales colleagues
• Reviews labels, marketing materials for accuracy and regulations compliance
• Manages and support regulatory operational work assignments
• Responds to customers’ requests and resolves issues regarding regulations and compliance matters
• Supports the RA functional Head in various other activities as assigned
• Studies and interprets related scientific and legal documents for regulatory applications
• Writes comprehensible and clear product information leaflets
• Offers advice about company policies, practices and systems
• Liaises and negotiates with regulatory authorities for registration applications
• Ensures that company’s Intellectual properties are protected

QUALIFICATION:

• Degree/Diploma in Science (Biochemistry/ Chemistry/Microbiology/Food Science/ Biotechnology/ biomedical science/ Pharmaceutical science etc.) or equivalent

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• 3 years of regulatory experience is preferred.
• Animal feed additive registration experience is a plus.
• Self-motivated and meticulous with good organizational, negotiation skills
• Must have high level of integrity to handle confidential company information
• Good writing and communication skill required
• Must be able to work independently in a fast-paced multidisciplinary environment, with diverse group of people
• Active team player with excellent interpersonal skill
• Advanced computer knowledge (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Experience in authoring of Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for Asia Pacific countries is a plus
• Able to multi-task and consensus to follow up with administrative duties and/or paperwork

• Perform the preparation and cooking of assigned menu items in accordance with established recipes and standards.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, equipment, and utensils at all times.
• Follow hygiene, safety, and food processing regulations set by the company and government.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and immediately report any malfunctions to the superior.

My Client a leading asset manager is looking to hire a corporate actions expert to join their team for 6 months. This is a fixed-term contract role and an opportunity to work with highly qualified professionals.

Requirements:

• Minimum of three year’s equity and/or bond Corporate Actions experience (from any of Asset Management, Broker/Investment Bank or Custodian Bank)
• Ability to articulate the corporate actions process flow by SWIFT messages
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written with a strong command of English, to correct punctuation, spelling and grammar

Responsibilities:

• Undertake all elements of corporate actions processing with a high level of accuracy within deadlines. This includes analysing and validating multiple data sources to validate the gold copy, lifecycle management, instructing service providers and clearing of daily cash and asset reconciliation breaks
• Second, check team members’ work throughout key stages within the process, and immediately raise suspected issues
• Liaise directly with service providers, agents, market data services and occasionally directly with companies to fully understand the terms of events, including documentation and restrictions
• Articulate corporate action information to personnel at all levels, especially when raising potential issues to management before they material

Manager, Corporate Partnership

You will play a critical role in driving Care Corner Singapore's fundraising and donor engagement efforts, driving the growth of sustainable contributions to support the organisation's mission. Your responsibilities include identifying potential donors, cultivating relationships with partners, writing compelling grant proposals, designing and implementing effective donor engagement programmes to enhance donor loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

• Cultivate strategic and mutually beneficial relationships with potential and existing donors and partners, to align with Care Corner's vision and ensure sustained financial contributions.
• Work with internal teams to conceptualise and execute innovative fundraising programmes and activities that resonate with Care Corner's mission.
• Build a core group of high-value corporate partners and donors, while expanding a large pool of regular individual donors.
• Develop and implement effective donor engagement programmes and experiences to enhance donor loyalty, satisfaction, and impact recognition.
