As a Senior Associate, you will be responsible for a full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties including but not limited to company incorporation, company strike off, preparation of directors’ and shareholders’ resolutions, and lodgements with ACRA.

Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum GCE "O" or "A" Level.

At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in corporate secretarial practice, preferably within a CSP or professional services firm.

Familiarity with Singapore’s Companies Act and corporate governance requirements.

Knowledge of regulatory filings with ACRA via BizFile+ is highly preferred.

Experience in handling corporate filings for offshore entities is an advantage.
