- To be responsible for managing day-to-to-today activities in treasury and corporate functions to meet the financial and regulatory obligations of the group.

Duties and Responsibilities

Treasury

• To perform a broad range of treasury functions which includes cash management; bank loan management including rollovers, drawdown and compliance.

• To manage intercompany loans.

• To maintain & update all relevant banking records which include maintaining bank account Master Database, updating of consolidated report of banking facilities / charges and utilization.

• In charge of opening and maintenance of bank accounts, internet banking and application of bank facilities.

• To support business stakeholders in FX and trade financing matters.

• To identify business and market opportunities and work closely with banks for new funding scheme and evaluate current scheme for improvement.

• To coordinate with internal stakeholders on Tax compliance requests such as FATCA.

• To prepare weekly cash flow consolidation, consisting of short- and medium-term requirements.

Corporate

• To assist in the preparation of directors' and shareholders' resolutions.

• To assist in ensuring filing compliance in accordance with relevant regulatory and statutory requirements.

Accounting and Audit

• To support audit related matters including preparation of bank and directors’ confirmations.

Job Purpose
The Corporate Branding & Strategy Division has been newly established to enhance and strengthen company branding both externally and internally. Our goal is to engage with stakeholders such as customers, investors, partners, local governments, community members, and employees across various regions.
With over 10 group companies in Singapore, (Asia Oceania) serves as a key regional hub, supporting group companies in Southeast Asia and Oceania.
The Senior Manager in the Corporate Branding & Strategy Division will work closely with the General Manager to develop and execute brand strategies and plans. Our primary mission is to enhance brand value and build a positive reputation for the company brand across the region through various touchpoints, including the corporate website, social media, local and regional media, events, and etc.
In addition, we collaborate with various divisions and entities to improve employee experiences and engagement through internal communications.

Duties and Responsibilities
1. Branding:
i. Collaborate closely with the General Manager to assist in developing the corporate brand strategy, direction, and execution plan.
ii. Create, manage, and update brand communication guidelines and workflows with the General Manager.
iii. Lead the execution of the brand communication plan in coordination with relevant stakeholders across divisions, entities, and local countries in the Asia and Oceania region.
iv. Develop, manage, update and continuously enhance regional branded materials and global assets provided by the HQ Division

2. External communication: Enhance the Company brand's positive reputation in the public eye.
i. Develop an annual communication plan based on the brand strategy and direction.

4. Crisis Communication:
i. Understand and adhere to crisis procedures as directed and guided by HQ.

5. Manage relevant outsources and partners:
i. Lead and manage outsourced vendors and partners to execute communication plans, ensuring adherence to the schedule and budget.

6. Team management and development
i. In collaboration with the General Manager, develop and manage the Corporate Branding and Strategy team, including overseeing resources, budgeting, and other related responsibilities.
