The HR Executive will be responsible for all aspects of leave processing, staff health insurance, support staff recruiting and onboarding and supply faculty.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage recruitment activities including, ensuring job descriptions are kept upto-date, job posting on the school website and job websites, coordinating the shortlisting of applicants, scheduling interviews and ensuring reference checks are completed.
• Supporting day-to-day administration of Supply Teachers and staff.
• Attend and answer regular recruitment and HR-related enquiries by phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
