The 'Administrative Executive' will provide administrative support to the daily operations of the hub. Scope responsibilities and duties will include but not limited to:

• Receptionist duties, greet public and refer them to the appropriate personnel, answer phone, route calls and take down messages
• Distribution and preparation of incoming and outgoing mails
• Scheduling of meetings, events, premise usage, maintenance services such as aircon, cleaning company etc.
• General office up-keep and maintenance: Ensure operation of office equipment, scheduling preventative maintenance, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories
• Upkeep the stock balances and inventory of stationery & pantry supplies
• Collate invoices received and submission to accounts department
• Collate project and logistics receipts for submission to accounts department and upload in financial system
• Assist with application for business and work visas, hotel bookings, transport bookings
• Support HR operations to upkeep personnel and contractor competency database
• Communicate with clients on personnel and equipment logistics arrangements for projects, on behalf of the Project Managers, if required
• Assist registration of courses, arranging recertification at associated training centre
• Partake in planning and preparation for office excursions and quartely events.
• Extracting project travel costs for data entry and E-filing responsibilities in busniess sharepoint, printing, mailing, updating of company contact numbers etc.
• Travelling locally may be required to associated firms or banks for documents submission
• Other administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned

TENDER-CONTRACTS and PURCHASE ORDER T&C REVIEWS

• To conduct Tender-Contract Review and provide Lookout List and address all recommendations and queries.
• Review and comment on tender analysis prepared by project stakeholders before it is presented to the Client.
• To conduct Material PO T&C Review and advise

CONTRACTS MANAGEMENT & DISPUTES

• Provide contractual advise or interpretation when required (SG and Overseas)
• Support all BUs in highlighting critical requirement and any deviation in compliance with terms & conditions from pre-contract stage to project closure
• Assist all BU/Dept in highlighting any deviation in the terms and conditions of Contract
• Ensure proper project close out of Projects and any contract related requirement
• T provide support in all Contract Matters (SG and Overseas)
• Assist Project teams/BU's in highlighting any critical requirement and deviation in compliance with terms and conditions of main contract.
• To assist in preparation of Variation Orders and Extension of Time documents

SUBCONTRACT

• To liaise and float request for proposals to bidders and obtain necessary quotation
• To assist that requestors are familiar with the sub-contracting processes.
• To assist in monitoring and reviewing project subcontract activity
• To assist in negotiation of short listed subcontractor(s) to the lowest or best price.
• To assist in negotiating better payment terms for services and subcontracts
• To assist in monitoring Procurement Subcontract Control List
• Provide liaison assistance between project team and subcontractors
• To assist in coordinating all necessary documentation for subcontract agreement
• To assist in negotiation in coordination with project teams in any discipline
• To assist in drafting project subcontracts as per project basis which is complimenting to the respective main contract
• To assist in review of subcontract deviations from vendors

The Purchasing Executive will be assisting the Purchasing Manager/Director of Purchasing in managing the daily operation of the Materials Management department. She/he will communicate and liaise closely with the Purchasing Manager/Director of Purchasing to ensure all activities are conducted smoothly.

Summary of Responsibilities

• Source and purchase all food & beverage items for the Hotel.
• Assist the team to source non-food items for the Hotel.
• Negotiate with suppliers on prices and quality.
• Check status of delivery for all food items & assist in checking the delivery of non-food items.

• Source for improved qualities and competitive pricing to enhance product image and service at the best value.
• Conduct inventory counts during the year of all operating equipment and regular beverage inventory as per Policy & Procedures.
• Preparation of data for departmental reports, inventory, or studies.
• Keep daily records, files and prepare reports.
• Check materials received against invoices and note breakage and discrepancies in quantity or quality. Upon receiving deliveries, ensure all invoices are stamped and signed properly.
• In the absence of the Purchasing Manager, to assist and overseas the Receiving.
• Supports Receiving & Store Officers’ duties in their absence.
• Any other duties pertaining to purchasing, shipping, or receiving deemed necessary by the Purchasing Manager/Director of Purchasing.

Your Role on Our Journey:

As a Sales Executive, you'll be a driving force in our growth strategy, laser-focused on sourcing and securing new clients. Your main task? To identify and engage potential clients, understand their needs, and craft tailored solutions that bring value. From prospecting leads and pitching our services to closing deals and onboarding new clients, your role will be essential in expanding our client base and fuelling revenue growth. You'll help build strong client relationships, boost our market presence, and keep our sales momentum thriving.

Your Day-to-Day Adventures:

• Actively prospect and reach out to new clients, presenting our services and establishing strong business relationships.
• Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations tailored to the needs of potential clients.
• Drive the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and close, ensuring a seamless handover to account management.
• Stay in close contact with new clients, ensuring smooth onboarding and addressing any initial needs or questions.
• Identify and pursue upsell opportunities within new accounts, maximizing potential revenue.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Keep up to date on industry trends and competitive dynamics to refine and adapt our sales strategy.

What Makes You a Perfect Fit:

• At least 2 year of experience in a hunter-focused sales role, such as Sales, Business Development
• A strong drive for seeking and capturing new business opportunities
• Excellent communication skills, with a persuasive and goal-oriented approach to sales
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt sales strategies to different client needs

Job responsibilities

• Independent worker and able to handle difficult cleaners
• Ensure all timesheet for all commercial sites are filled
• Ensure all site SOP are met accordingly to client's requirement
• Planning, executing and implementing new SOP to ensure cleaners are following
• Draft out timetable and duties for individual site cleaner to adhere
• Ensure smooth operations flow across all sites
• Site visit meeting with customer bi-annually to ensure customer satisfaction and gather client's feedback
• Ensure all stocks for the necessities are replenished at all time
• Maintain good relationships with clients
• To adhere to any adhoc jobs required by the company

Job Description & Requirements

Your duties include, but are not limited to the following:

• Collating and administering jobs manifests from Clients.
• Planning, sorting and goods assignment.
• Optimise resources and cost according to management guideline.
• Liaising with and scheduling delivery personnel for jobs assignments.
• Supervising and working with sorting team
• Assisting the team in troubleshooting collection/delivery issues which may arise.
• Assist in the work scheduling/rostering of delivery personnel, including management of daily working shifts patterns and overtime.
• Assist in the oversight and management of the warehouse operations and its inventory
• Manage vehicle fleet (oversee maintenance, repair and admin)
• Ensuring that all the documentation and records for the goods are in order.
• Assist in or supporting the recruitment/training process of delivery personnel if required
• Ensuring delivery personnel adhere to all required SOPs, rules, and regulations.
• Assisting in Client/Customer engagement if necessary.
• Assist in performing deliveries if required on occasions of shortage in delivery personnel.
• Any other operational and administrative scope of works which may arise.

Requirments:

• Basic computer skills.
• Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Class 2 or 3 Driving Licence.
• Able to think clearly and handle pressure.
• Familiar with Singapore roads.
• Able to perform shift work; 12 noon to 9 pm or 7:30 am to 5 pm. 5/5.5 day week.
• Relevant experience in a similar capacity preferred although not compulsory.

Job Description: Logistics Executive

Work Location:Singapore

Reporting Structure:Direct report to Group SCM Head; functionally reports to Logistics Manager who are based in Durapower-Suzhou.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Review logistics and product information, develop logistics plans, and select transport modes.
• Prepare customs documents and coordinate with customs for smooth clearance.
• Analyse logistics costs, optimize channels, and manage carrier relationships.
• Manage warehouse operations, ensure accurate inventory, and track shipment progress.
• Address logistics issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Analyse logistics efficiency and recommend improvements.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Logistics Management, or related fields
• Minimum of 3-5 years in international logistics. Experience with batteries and related goods is a plus but not a must. Some knowledge of Dangerous Goods (DG).
• Proficient in ERP systems and office software. Good communication and coordination skills.
• Familiarity with international trade terms and logistics policies, particularly use-case for battery transport, is advantageous.
• Bilingual in both Mandarin and English to liaise with Durapower-Suzhou colleagues

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for duties such as accounts receivable, accounts payable and other accounting tasks
• Enter accurate and timely data into the organization’s accounting system, must be used to processing and entering information into computerized accounting software
• Assign correct account codes to all transactions when posting
• Accurately file the paper records associated with any transaction
• Reconciliation of customer and supplier balances
• Compile relevant business documentation used in banking processes
• Perform month-end closing activities
• Retrieve system reports from the accounting system for management use
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by Manager

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting or equivalent with at least 2 years’ experience
• Or at least 4 years’ relevant experience if without Diploma/Degree
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and must have used accounting software
• Meticulous, performance-oriented, self-motivated with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Candidates will be expected to demonstrate knowledge of double entry accounting
