Responsibilities:

• Help with sourcing spare parts, getting quotes for repairs, and maintenance contracts.
• Assist in finding and hiring renovation contractors and suppliers.
• Procure office supplies, bottled water, and festive gifts.
• Find and evaluate vendors.
• Conduct pre-qualification exercises
• Handle purchase requests and prepare invitation letters.
• Organize and manage tender exercises.
• Collect and issue clarification questionnaires.
• Compare quotes, negotiate prices, and prepare cost comparisons.
• Issue Purchase Orders, Works Orders, or Letters of Award.

· Development and maintenance of Training Calendar

· Deploying Training Initiatives and monitor U+ modules completion status

· Review On-The-Job (OJT) Training with Service Trainer

· Develop In-house course materials

· Conduct In-house and Global training initiatives

· Lead in Company Townhall presentation

· Monitor and coordinate training requests from all departments

· Work with HR Executive and Ops to ensure NEA licenses are being applied and renewed.

· Attend to CS queries, if any

· Any other ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements

· Min 3 years of HR Learning and Development experience

· Having ACLP or ACTA certification is advantageous but not a must

· Possess good organization skills, meticulous, resourceful, and able to multitask
