ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking an experienced Head of Capital Markets & Strategic Finance to lead our financial strategy and execution. Reporting directly to the CFO, this role will oversee capital planning, fundraising, financial analysis, and investor relations to support our business growth and long-term objectives. About you:

Role

Be a part of the Corporate Secretarial team leaders who work closely with and assist the Head of Department (“HOD”) to independently provide Corporate Secretarial services to clients. The incumbent will also contribute to the development and implementation of the Corporate Secretarial strategies as well as management of the Corporate Secretarial team, facilitation, and activities with the Company.

Job scope

· Handle full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties including acting as named secretary for a portfolio of clients, company incorporations, preparation, and review of directors’/ shareholders’ resolutions, liaising with Registered Agent for incorporation of offshore companies, etc.
