Absolute Sound Distribution, a luxury visual/audio equipment distributor and retailer based in Singapore & Malaysia, is seeking a talented Marketing Executive to join their dynamic team. As a Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's brand strategy and amplifying its presence within the competitive audio equipment industry. What you'll be doing

• Develop and execute compelling marketing campaigns that effectively promote our product portfolio and enhance brand awareness
• Manage the company's social media channels, creating engaging content and implementing effective digital marketing strategies via SEO, SEA and SEM strategy
• Collaborate with the sales team to support lead generation efforts and deliver tailored marketing collateral
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and to inform the company's marketing initiatives
• Assist with the planning and coordination of trade shows, events, and other marketing activations
• Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics to continually optimise campaigns and strategies
• Contribute to the development and implementation of the company's overall marketing plan
• Plan, develop, and execute email marketing programs
• Explore opportunities for brand partnerships

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the consumer electronics or audio equipment industry
• Strong understanding of brand management principles and the ability to develop and execute impactful marketing campaigns
• Proficiency in digital marketing, including social media, content creation, and data analytics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated creativity and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
• Familiarity with audio equipment and a passion for music is a bonus
• A bachelor's degree or diploma in marketing, communications, or a related field

Responsibilities

• Foster strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional service.
• Facilitate sales, including logistics, insurance, financing and service arrangements.
• Oversee showroom operations and product maintenance.

Skills Required

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ Levels required.
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.

Other Requirements

• Valid Class 3 driving license is advantageous.
• Team player with positive work attitude.
• Meticulous and able to multitask.
• Prior experience in automotive industry will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

* Handle full set of accounts for a group of companies

* Perform government subsidy reconciliation across companies

*Analysis and preparation of monthly management reports

* Work with centres to set and achieve financial goals and metrics

* Provide financial and accounting leadership to junior accounting staff

*Participate in financial reviews and audits

Requirements

* Degree/Diploma in Accounting or equivalent

*Relevant work experience as an Accountant especially in a related industry

*Knowledge of bookkeeping best practices and finance regulations

* An ability to concentrate , work quickly and accurately to meet deadlines

* Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software (eg. MYOB)

* Good organisation and filing skills

* Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information

• Caption Writing: Craft compelling, engaging, and bilingual captions (English & Mandarin) that align with brand tone and target audience preferences.
• Scheduling and Publishing: Manage content calendars, schedule posts across various platforms, and ensure timely publication after approvals.
• Channel Management: Learn to manage and optimize long-form content channels, including YouTube, with a focus on audience engagement and channel growth.
• Analytics and Reporting: Assist in tracking performance metrics and providing insights to improve future content strategies.
• Distribution Strategy: Collaborate with the team to develop and implement content distribution strategies across various platforms.
