As a Event Executive, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Lead the conceptualisation and strategic planning of events, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Create detailed timelines for event milestones and deliverables.
• Research and secure appropriate venues, vendors and sponsors, negotiating contracts as necessary.
• Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring all expenditures are align with financial constraints.
• Oversee on-site operations during events, coordinating logistics and ensuring a seamless experience for all participants.
