Role and Responsibilities:

• Assisting in corporate secretarial works for our clients which includes but not limited to company or Singapore branch incorporations, preparation of directors’ and shareholders’ resolutions and striking off of companies
• Assisting in advising client on corporate restructuring
• Ensuring compliance in accordance to relevant statutory requirements, maintenance of statutory registers and submission of statutory returns
• Application for trade licences and employment pass
• Other adhoc duties as and when required

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Business Studies or ICSA qualified or related professional qualifications with relevant experience. Candidates with relevant qualification but lack of experience will also be considered.

Job Description

We are looking for a Travel Consultant to provide a smooth travel experience for our corporate Client.

Responsibilities

• Handle business travel requests, including air, hotel, car and rail. Flight bookings will range from simple point-to-point to complex multi-cities.
• Ensure that reservations are aligned with the Client’s travel policy and be proactive in optimising the Client’s travel spend.
• Provide insightful travel advisory.
• Handle any amendments, cancellations, schedule changes and disruptions, communicating the implication of each change to the Client in a professional manner.
• Generate invoices and ensure accurate billing.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build rapport with the Client.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Possess knowledge of fares and ticketing. Able to analyse fares and routing alternatives to present the best options to the Client.
• Experience making flight reservations using Sabre.
• Knowledge of other travel products including hotels, car transfer and rail would be a bonus.
• Good geographical and fare knowledge.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
• Meticulous and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive team player with good communications skills.
