Be a part of the Corporate Secretarial team leaders who work closely with and assist the Head of Department (“HOD”) to independently provide Corporate Secretarial services to clients. The Corporate Finance Officer reports to the Head of Consulting and M&A. The responsibilities are as follows:

1. Assist senior M&A managers to search for business partners, sellers or buyers.
2. Perform market research of potential business partners, sellers or buyers.
