We are looking for an experienced Privacy legal professional who can act as Privacy Legal Counsel for Dell’s Asia Pacific, Japan (APJ) region and be a strategic partner in leading privacy compliance efforts for the company. As a Legal Counsel, you provide legal support to drive the regional commercial strategy with a focus on digital and physical store portfolio of H&M Group across Singapore, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines and Vietnam.

Key responsibilities

• Be a competent legal advisor supporting H&M’s digital and physical store expansion in the region. Proactively advise on legal issues/disputes related to expansion and/or consolidation and manage responses in relation to contentious matters.
