Key Responsibilities:

1. Board and Committee Support: Organize and coordinate Board and Committee meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, distributing materials, and recording minutes.
   Advise the Board and senior management on corporate governance matters, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Education: A professional qualification such as ICSA (Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators) or equivalent is preferred.
