You will be responsible for providing in-house legal advice to support key functions, projects and activities of the Company and its Subsidiaries, you will be arranging, liaising and managing external lawyers who provide legal advice or representation to the Group in areas of special expertise or in litigation, and corporate secretarial services provider.

You will provide mentorship and supervision to the compliance team to formulate, implement and maintain group compliance policies and procedures (including but not limited to whistleblowing, outsourcing, gifts register, employee share trading register, AML/CFT, data protection, client onboarding, KYC, business continuity etc.) in accordance with Singapore and Foreign regulations where applicable. Requirements
