Responsibilities

· Assist in creating engaging and impactful content for various communication channels, including social media, website, newsletters, and marketing materials

· Assist in conducting market research and stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the organization's communication strategies are innovative and effective

· Assist in managing the organization's social media platforms, ensuring consistent messaging, timely updates, and interaction with followers

· Providing administrative support for the department

· Involved in any ad-hoc projects and/or other duties as and when necessary

Requirements

· At least GCE A Levels

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)

· Proficiency in spoken and written English

· Creative, independent and interest in designing, photography, video editing

· Keen interest in storytelling and content creation abilities, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy

• Advice on legal aspects of asset management in an international environment, including the acquisition, disposition and management of assets
• Conduct research, legal assessments, and draft legal memos on complex topics
• Flexibility to work from home and with working hours

What you offer

• A law degree from a reputable law school and bar admission
  Minimum 3-6 years of proven experience in the MAS regulated financial services industry as an in-house counsel.
  Good understanding of financial market regulations and interest to work on a broad range of legal subject matters.
  Interest in the latest trends in legal, the FinTech and RegTech industry as well as cryptocurrencies and blockchain (experience is an asset).
  Functional knowledge in relevant areas of law, i.e. banking law, corporate matters and contract law in general, web3 and regulatory matters.
  Independent, efficient, and systematic way of working with a proactive can-do attitude.
  Courage to provide clear guidance and practicable solutions based on own assessments.
  Good legal drafting skills.
  A positive, forward-thinking personality with a high degree of integrity, business acumen, openness to feedback and ability to work under pressure.
  Problem-solving ability and mental flexibility to find pragmatic solutions supporting the Business with innovative products and business concepts.
  Goal and results oriented, able to work with minimal direction and providing hands-on and practicable solutions (with a good commercial business sense).
  Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong stakeholder management capabilities.
  

Nice to have:

• Fluency in Mandarin would be an advantage
• Familiarity with the Payment Services Act, Securities and Futures Act, Personal Data Protection Act and Technology Risk Management guidelines in Singapore
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in other Asian jurisdictions
• Experience working with start-ups or fintech companies

Assistant Cook duties and responsibilities:

Your Profile

You should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and an Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA) qualification. You should have good knowledge of the Singapore Companies Act 1967 and SGX Listing Rules.
