• Manage a portfolio of corporate secretarial clients, and ensure statutory books are in order and updated for the company’s portfolio of clients.
• Handle full spectrum of company secretarial duties, including the incorporation of new legal entities, ensuring compliance with the requirements of the Companies Act and other relevant laws
• Liaise with, advise clients, and prepare the necessary documents on entity formation, entity statutory administration, work passes, and other related matters
• Attend to routine of officers, share transfer and allotment, updating registers and minute book etc.
• Perform customer due diligence for on boarding and on-going monitoring
• Liaise and respond to clients’ requests and queries regarding corporate secretarial matters.
• Assist to remind clients on deadline of holding Annual General Meeting for their portfolio of clients.
• Follow-up with client on the return of documents and forms and ensuring submission of statutory forms and documents to the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority and IRAS within the stipulated deadline.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Preferably of minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in corporate secretarial work
• Training provided for fresh graduates / entry level
• Must have good computer skills especially in Microsoft Word, Excel and PDF editor
• Positive working attitude with strong initiatives and a team player
• Detail oriented and able to multitask

The Role

• Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will monitor cash flow movement on a regular basis and perform all margining processes, including fund allocations, daily FX forecast and market price movements across the APAC region.

The Requirements

Your key responsibilities:

• Manages the delivery of a portfolio of complex, global, and regional audits covering the IB & CB Technology in APAC, as well as regulatory requirements. Evaluates the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls relating to the underlying risks, with high-quality audit reports and within agreed timelines.
• Performs risk assessments of established auditable areas and the annual audit planning exercise.
• Leads the preparation and coordination of regulatory submissions in APAC.
• Partners with other divisions/teams during audit engagements to guarantee an integrated approach.
• Reviews and provides expert opinions on action plans provided by stakeholders, helping them develop robust and sustainable remediation plans.

Your skills and experience:

• At least 10 years of direct IT audit experience across various domains, such as: Information Security (IS), Information Technology (IT), IT production controls and processes (e.g., Change / Problem Management), including related frameworks (e.g., ITIL, COBIT), Banking and Transaction Processing Knowledge
• Exposure to IB and CB or similar applications and technologies (e.g. SWIFT, e-trading platforms, digital payment systems, etc.), as well as robust knowledge of capital markets processing, with demonstrable experience in IT auditing in an investment banking context (e.g., audits of automated business controls).
• Experience in auditing IT applications supporting trading and the trade processing lifecycle F2B, including operations. Relevant instruments could include interest rate products, credit products, commodities, futures, and foreign exchange products. Knowledge of algorithmic and high-frequency trading processes would be beneficial.
• Expertise in auditing IT General Controls for applications and related IT infrastructure components.
• Comprehensive experience in risk-based auditing and a clear understanding of the relationship between IT risk and underlying business risk.
• Understanding of the banking regulatory environment.
• Proven stakeholder and people management skills, including remote team member management capabilities. Able to work in virtual, global teams in a matrix organization, transfer knowledge, and develop the capability of team members.

PO Management

• To create Purchase Requisition / Purchase Orders OPEX and CAPEX over the whole PCD TR APAC scope: through MyRequest for LFCS, Hainan Esker for Hainan entity and Macau Esker for our Macau Four Season Boutique concept.
• To make sure the internal validation rules are well applied before PO creation.
• To make sure the PO amounts are aligned with the latest commitments (VM expenses file, CAPEX file) else apply the proper internal validation.
• To validate invoice via Webcycle for the PR/PO created in SAP.
• To perform MIGO / PO reception over the PO scope mentioned above.

Recharge management
