<Job Description>
Responsible for Information Technology and Information Security for internal company and group companies in Asia Pacific region
Duties include:
1) Overall management of Information Technology Division
- Job allocation and performance monitoring of all division members
- Budget setting and execution for the Division
2) Responsible for aligning and implementing overall Corporate Information Technology and Information Security Strategy and Programmes with HQ in Japan and group companies in Asia Pacific region
3) Plan, design and execute Information Technology related activities forgroup companies in Asia region, working closely with HQ in Japan
4) Conduct weekly meeting with HQ in Japan and prepare weekly activity reports written in both English and Japanese
5) Organize regional IT meetings attended by group companies in Asia Pacific region, working closely with HQ in Japan
6) Gather, review and analyse IT and information security trends in Asia Pacific region and provide reports to HQ in Japan
7) Gather, review and analyse the IT related requirements and requests from group companies in Asia Pacific region, and provide reports to HQ in Japan
8) Leverage on the knowledge and viewpoint from the perspectives of Asia Pacific region, propose and provide HQ in Japan with effective and strategic IT and information security measures and solutions
<Job Requirements>
· Minimum 15 years of experience in company’s Information Technology division
· Possess good knowledge and experience in multiple business environment, especially social infrastructure and mass production businesses
· Have good knowledge and actual deployment experiences of business processes in sales company and programs on IT applications (e.g. ERP System, SQL Server, etc.)
· Possess excellent management skill and experience as Head of Information Technology division
· Good knowledge of Network and IT Infrastructure to support users
· Able to effectively handle contracts with customers and vendors
· Good knowledge of IT and information security audits
· Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to work closely with group companies, HQ in Japan, internal staff and business users
· Highly proficient in the Japanese language is necessary in order to communicate effectively with HQ in Japan and other Japan-based stakeholders in other countries
· Frequent travelling is expected
