· Designated Person Ashore.

· Supervise and monitor all safety, quality and operational performance. The monitoring, visit, inspection, supervision and support to the vessels to correspond with the objectives and policies of the Company.

· Ensuring that the vessel is reporting timely in the electronic document safety module promptly and maintenance of the system. The responsible Superintendents carried out the required reviewed as necessary in the system.

best practices and service letters that will be available on the websites of Class, Flag,

· Oil Major Vetting Inspection arrangement and coordinator.

· Identify trends from findings from vetting and other external inspections and initiate actions to avoid recurrence.

· Ensure that the ships have the necessary information to properly prepare for vetting and other inspections.

· Maintain good relationship and contact with Oil Majors Vetting Departments.

· Ensure that the fleet meets the vetting targets defined by commercial operator and the set target for TMSA is met.

· Ensure that incident investigation is carried out for all serious incidents and initiate actions to avoid recurrence.

· Supervise the follow up of incident analysis by the superintendents.

· Responsible for the HSEMS procedures and the continual updating of same.

· Provide support in evaluation and specification of navigational and communication equipment support the development of strategy for navigation procedures within HSEMS procedures.

· Participate and represent the group in external meetings, seminars and conferences.

· Monitor all vessels operational performance in co-operation with Commercial operation departments.

· Supervisor all loss prevention, experience feedback and reporting of causalities in co-operation with the QHSE Department.

· Ensure that all vessels are managed safely and in accordance with class rules and applicable laws, regulations, and standards.

· Visit and inspect vessel in his fleet, with special focus on problem vessels and vessels
that require special attention.

· Member of the Emergency Response Team in contingency.

Requirements:

· COC Class I or Degree holder with at least 5-year marine safety, operational experience (for fleet dry vessels) and additional vetting experience (for fleet tank vessels).

· ISM/ISO/ISPS Auditor qualification is an advantage.

· Willing to travel & sail with vessel for short voyages and evaluate problems and assist management.

Being the leader of ecommerce operation advisory for client, the Campaign Manager should define issues and give solutions to the client from analyzing data for better performance in Pure Player (Shopee & Lazada) platform and client D2C ecommerce platform as well in Singapore market

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead media budget planning for optimal media campaign by budget and performance inter analysis, including budget allocation in each media channel across FB, Google and Pure Player
• Encourage media agency to develop proper media plan and guide it to provide ultimate plan
• Collaborate with contents development team to prepare proper ad contents in time
• Communicate professionally with multiple stakeholders to go with rapid and concrete campaign execution
• Ensure all the preparation work should be accurate and manage the progress without causing any errors
• Able to interpret media data and actively suggest media optimization to improve conversion and sales during the campaign
• Manage End Of Campaign report with key takeaways to deliver insight to client for performance improvement on upcoming campaign
• Quality control all deliverables to make sure less claim from client
• Be proactive and strategic about putting forward new ideas, finding solutions to client’s business needs, monitoring of competitive activity / industry trends and bringing fresh thinking / innovation
• Confident to plan and conduct effective training sessions to ensure all resources and updated to brand standards for effective implementation.

Key Requirements:

• Min 3-5 years of ecommerce operation experience specially in the Pure Player platform
• Experience of digital media execution from planning to optimization by comprehending media data
• Strategic and analytic thinking and strong creative problem solving, both on a practical level in handling account operations.
• Excellent client and stakeholders management skills - liaise with multiple clients on an ongoing basis.
• Understanding client’s day-to-day needs (briefs) and confirming the direction of the team to fulfil these briefs in an accurate and timely manner.
• Proven track record in successfully deliver sales growth and channel expansion that drive significant market share and sales result.
• Excellent presentation/oral and negotiation skills - know how to sell a mid-level idea into clients, pushing back when necessary for the overall good of the project delivery
• Good understanding of Pure Player operation and its platforms.
• Knowledge on web analytics platform – Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics preferred.
• Prefer knowledge in project management tools like JIRA

Responsibilities & Duties

● Be a key player in the customer acquisition team to onboard new parents to Kodecoon’s community

● Share Kodecoon’s vision and recommend suitable coding programs for students

● Support customer success initiatives like special programmes or competitions, or community events like fireside chats for customer engagement

● Maintain customer relationships and build a strong Kodecoon community. Act as parents’ advocate and manage relationships with them

● Plan lead generation events with key partners like Parent Sharings, trial classes and make sure payment for classes are received

● Work with the teaching team to assess the students and follow up with parents for conversion

● Responsible for handling general administrative duties, e.g. sending out onboarding emails, data entry, sorting out data and research

● Ensure that all customer information is properly documented and updated in our CRM system

● Relationship manager for our Kodecoon’s community, continue to track the progress of students and maintain relationships with parents
