About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Corporate Finance Managerto lead and execute strategic financial initiatives for the company and its associate entities. This role requires a highly analytical and proactive professional who can drive financial planning, ensure operational efficiency, and provide valuable insights to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Financial Planning:

• Develop and execute the company’s corporate finance strategy to align with business objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred
• 4-6 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or private equity, with at least 4 years in a leadership role
