We are seeking for a dynamic Regional East Asia Transformation Project Manager to drive impactful change! What will you do?

• Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of transformation projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and key performance indicators.
• Ensure successful execution of transformation projects within established timelines. Clearly articulate project issues, proactively resolve obstacles, and seek timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, senior management, and stakeholders to gather requirements, communicate project progress, and ensure stakeholder buy-in.
• Integrate transformation solutions into existing planning systems and processes, ensuring seamless adoption and minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
• Develop and implement governance processes to monitor project performance, manage risks, and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
• Develop essential documentation materials such as process flows, playbooks, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to support user coaching and adoption activities.
• Lead the deployment of transformation initiatives within the East Asia region and identify opportunities for expansion beyond the region.
• Drive digital initiatives aligned with energy efficiency and competency development, ensuring that digital footprints enhance overall project success.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancements and implementing best practices.
• Prepare and present regular project status updates and performance reports to senior leadership, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Min 7 years of working experience working in a manufacturing / logistics environment covering the Supply Chain scope. Having a Manufacturing / Supply Chain consulting background will be preferred.
• Min 2 years of proven experience in project management, with a track record of successfully leading digital transformation initiatives in a regional or global context.
• Has strong understanding in Supply Chain principles and processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
• Has good digital acumen, understand the Digital Strategy of Company and its value proposition. Brings-up Innovative ways to improve User Digital Experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Familiarity with change management principles and methodologies is preferred

Job Description

-Manage day to day operations and ensure smooth running of Tree Art campus.

-Proactively engage customers and build good rapport through understanding of students and their progress development.

-Engage in effective sales pitch through familiarising with Tree Art curriculum and programme.

-Support management in planning and executing strategies to increase sales.

-Plan, organise and communicate to customers on the various programme and campus events.

-Serve as customer’s main point of contact and manage communication platforms.

-Responsible for customer enquiries, student enrolment and post-sales services.

-Coordinate class schedule and arrange for replacement teachers when necessary.

-Monitor student attendance and follow up to arrange for makeup lesson.

-Perform administrative duties including maintaining ERP, student records and tracking withdrawals.

-Share expertise and provide guidance to direct report.

-Motivate and work as a team in the achievement of service excellence and centre targets.

-Liaise with landlord on updates.

-Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Operations Director.

Qualification:
-Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
-Sales experience in industries such as beauty, cosmetics, or retail services is highly desirable.
-Fresh graduates with a strong sales acumen are welcome to apply.
-At least 1 year of relevant experience in sales, hospitality, marketing, or education.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Meticulous, organized, and able to multitask.
-Prior experience working with children is an added advantage.

Working Hours (43 hours per work week):

-Mon : off
-Tuesday - Friday : 1.30pm - 7.30pm
-Saturday and Sunday: 9.00am - 7.30pm

• Developing strategies and tactics to boost the company’s reputation and drive qualified traffic.
• Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.
• Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis.
• Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups.
• Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors.
• Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely.
• Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies.
• Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.
• Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree and above in any field.
• At least 3-5 years’ experience in Marketing roles.
• Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn.
• Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate.
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
• Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
• Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets.
• A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Financial forecasting: Preparing financial projections and budgets.
• Financial modeling: Creating financial models to assess different scenarios and risks.
• Variance analysis: Comparing actual results to budgeted or forecasted figures.
• Cost-benefit analysis: Evaluating the financial impact of potential projects or investments.

Financial Reporting

• Financial statement preparation: Overseeing the preparation of income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, with strong expertise in financial forecasting, modeling, and variance analysis.
• Must have prior auditing experience at one of the Big 4 accounting firms, with a deep understanding of compliance, internal controls, and financial reporting standards (FRS(I), IFRS, GAAP).
• Strong knowledge of tax management, risk management, and treasury functions.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team of finance professionals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strategic mindset and the ability to influence senior management.
