Experience:

Job responsibilities（工作职责）：

(1) Lead and oversee all M&E engineering activities in construction projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications, approved drawings, and project timelines.

(2) Manage the planning, scheduling, coordination, and integration of M&E systems installation and commissioning.

(3) Supervise M&E subcontractors and vendors, ensuring quality work, safety, and compliance with contractual obligations.

(4) Monitor and track the progress of M&E works, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.

(5) Coordinate with architects, engineers, project managers, and other departments to resolve technical issues, discrepancies, and ensure seamless integration of M&E systems with other building components.
