Be a part of the Corporate Secretarial team leaders who work closely with and assist the Head of Department (“HOD”) to independently provide Corporate Secretarial services to clients. Job scope

Requirements:

• Experience in public unlisted entities and non-profit organisations will be a plus

The Senior Finance Manager will be a strategic thought-partner, and report to the Executive Director. The Senior Finance Manager will partner with the senior leadership and the board of directors to develop and implement strategies across the organization. 1. Strategy

Qualifications:

The Senior Finance Manager will be a seasoned and mature leader with at least 5-10 years of broad finance experience, ideally audit experience, followed by experience gathering and evaluating financial information and making actionable recommendations to senior leadership.

He/She will ideally have experience managing Finance (accounting, budgeting, control, and reporting) for a complex non-profit with multiple funding sources including government contracts.

Trade Finance

• Apply for credit lines to banks when appropriate.
• Manage the term sheet discussion for new credit facilities & negotiation on the terms and conditions and pricing with the banks.

Competencies
