QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

§ To support supervisors to plan the Global Sales and Marketing activities independently of Poly Vinyl Chloride resin and Chlor-Alkali products and manage the organization of the global sales team to deliver the budget.

§ To lead and coach overseas agents to meet their individual budgeted volume targets,

maximize the value of sales and effectively manage key customer/distributors

interfaces in support of the business strategy while upholding the company policies.

§ Extensive experience of the market and on job, the incumbent must be able to come up with business plan and budget in order to achieve corporate goal.

(C) Job Description

1) The incumbent’s main duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to, the following :

§ Compliant with safety standards and company policies in the course of conducting business activities assigned to the individual.

§ Set up credit line, review and analyze financial status of customers and manage credit control in accordance with the company’s requirements.
