The Role

In this role, you will take ownership of preparing, monitoring, and analyzing monthly P&L and balance sheets for retail stores and e-commerce platforms, delivering actionable insights to support strategic business decisions. You will play a critical role in the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, providing variance analyses to align forecasts with actual performance. Additionally, you will review financial deal packs for new store openings, offering key feedback to stakeholders. Your responsibilities include journal postings, audit schedules, bank reconciliations, and supporting daily retail activities such as sales and cash reconciliations. You will also guide the team on fixed asset accounting and work closely with the AP team to ensure accurate payables management. Your Profile

Possess a degree in Accountancy, ACCA, or an equivalent qualification, complemented by 6-7 years of hands-on experience in retail or FMCG environments. Proficient in leading accounting systems such as SAP and Oracle, with advanced expertise in MS Office tools, including Excel and PowerPoint.
