The Senior Finance Manager will be a strategic thought-partner, and report to the Executive Director. The Senior Finance Manager will partner with the senior leadership and the board of directors to develop and implement strategies across the organization. She/He will be a hands-on and participative manager and will lead and develop an internal team to support the following areas: finance, business planning and budgeting. 1. Strategy

· Participate in corporate policy development as a member of the senior management team.

· Engage the Finance committee of the board of directors and work with the Committee on financial plans and projections.

· Remain up to date on non-profit audit best practices and relevant law and regulations regarding non-profit operations.

Qualifications:

The Senior Finance Manager will be a seasoned and mature leader with at least 5-10 years of broad finance experience, ideally audit experience, followed by experience gathering and evaluating financial information and making actionable recommendations to senior leadership.

He/She will ideally have experience managing Finance (accounting, budgeting, control, and reporting) for a complex non-profit with multiple funding sources including government contracts.

As we are in the midst of building a strong finance function to expand our business in Southeast Asia, we require a Regional Finance Manager to proactively participate in this activity. This position is responsible for strengthening the finance function of Onitsuka Tiger SEA, working closely with the Business Management department of Onitsuka Tiger headquarters, as well as aligning with the business strategies and initiatives as a team member of Onitsuka Tiger SEA.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Oversee and present accurate, timely, and consolidated financial statements and reports for the SEA region, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and reporting requirements.

• Lead the regional budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes, collaborating with Onitsuka Tiger SEA Regional Director and the Business Management Department of Onitsuka Tiger HQ to establish financial goals and monitor performance against budgets.

• Manage and oversee month-end and year-end closing processes across the region, ensuring accuracy and consistency in journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and intercompany transactions.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE :

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA is preferred.

• Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a regional or managerial role.

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, with proven experience managing month-end and year-end closing processes.

• Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams and regional stakeholders to drive financial goals and business performance.

Job Description
