Finance Executive, responsible for primarily the Accounts Payables functions, as well as any other finance duties as assigned.

Accounts Payables:

• To review payments and ensure that the required supporting documents are provided and relevant approvals have been obtained
• To process all payments accurately and on time, in accordance with the financial policies and procedures. Payments are all made through our online banking platforms. Payments include both local as well as overseas payments.
• Record all AP entries into the accounting software in a timely and accurate manner.
• Support the implement of new digital solutions and improvements to the payables process, in particular for the introduction of automation.
• Support the treasury function of BMDP, processing new applications and updates to banking facilities held, including updates to the bank mandates.
• Management of Fixed Assets
• Any other Finance-related duties as assigned

· Demonstrated success in driving sales and meeting targets, with a focus on solution-oriented sales in a B2B environment.

· Strong understanding of the South East Asia maritime industry, including key players, market dynamics, and regulatory landscape.
