Role Summary:

Temus is on a Journey to drive transformation across both the public and private sectors in Singapore and the broader region. This role will be part of the Low Code Practice under Technology group within Temus, along with other practices like application transformation and modernization, enterprise architecture, value assurance and products & solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead teams of low-code developers in architecting and implementing large scale OutSystems applications
• Expected to be hands-on and develop key components of web and mobile applications development best practices, ensuring solution performance and user adoption
• Investigate and resolve issues and perform end-to-end investigation and fixes
• Be able to manage customers, hold solution discussions and communicate effectively
• Understand technology areas beyond application development to propose robust solutions (e.g. hardware, network, integrating to third party software)

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in application development and 3 years in technical lead role
• Proficient in .NET or Java, and database modelling and SQL
• Proficient in front-end web technologies like JavaScript, CSS
• Experience in OutSystems Platform will be a strong advantage
• Willing to pick up new technologies quickly and independently
• Good team player, with excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills

• Valid Class 3 driving license (Singapore) is required.

• Exceptional organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work with both clients and internal teams.
• Knowledge of local transportation regulations and industry standards is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a client-first mindset.
