• The Senior Manager, Corporate Coverage is responsible for reporting, analytics & business performance of the Corporate & Investment Bank (CIB) Corporate client franchise.
• Execution of this role will require a deep understanding of SCB Financial Reporting & Business Intelligence systems coupled with a strong understanding of P&L and Balance sheet drivers of a banking business. The role also requires familiarity with how clients procure & utilise banking products throughout their life cycle.

• Assist in routine financial operations, including reporting, budgeting, and forecasting tasks.
• Support ad-hoc financial requests and data preparation for strategic decision-making.
• Approve FastPay collections link submission for students’ activities and provide support.
• Preparation for withholding tax submission.
• Preparation Risk Control Matrix.
• Contribute to streamlining existing workflows and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
• Review of journals submission and budget transfers.
• Review of WBS creations and submission.

Requirements

• Possess a recognized degree in Accountancy with a minimum of 3 to 5 years working experience.
• Good knowledge of SAP financial systems (S4 HANA) and analytical tools (eg. Power BI) would be an advantage.
• Possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• High level of independence as well as the maturity and ability to work with staff at all levels.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and Counsel, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition.
• Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances.
• Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements.
• Research technical accounting issues for compliance.
• Support month-end and year-end close process.
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
• Manage and comply with local government reporting requirements and tax filings.
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
• Should be able to handle companies cash flow management.
• Independent knowledge in companies cash flow.
