Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the store, including the development and implementation of opening and closing procedures to ensure smooth and efficient operations. • Leading human resources functions such as recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management, including making hiring and termination decisions. • Able to coordinate with consultants, sub-contractors, and relevant authorities
• Able to handle all trades of works on-site (ie structural works, architectural works, building works, M&E works, interior fitting-out works)
