Sales Manager

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.

Sales Manager Responsibilities

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team

• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence

• Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives

• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

• Implementing new sales plans

• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

• Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the director.

Sales Manager Requirements and skills

• BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field

• Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets

• Handle incident reports, investigate service challenges, and implement corrective actions to drive continuous improvement.

Vehicle Maintenance and Mechanics

• Demonstrate expertise in ambulance vehicle mechanics to ensure optimal functionality and maintenance.
• Coordinate with mechanics and service providers to schedule regular servicing and address repairs promptly.
• Conduct routine inspections to maintain vehicle safety, performance, and compliance with health and safety standards.

Team Leadership and Development

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of Paramedics, Drivers, EMTs, and support staff, fostering teamwork and a culture of excellence.
• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of all team members.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and address any performance-related challenges effectively.

Strategic Planning and Optimization

• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

• Assist in Billing and Invoicing.

Health and Safety Compliance

Qualifications

Education:

• Certification as a Paramedic is mandatory.

Experience:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in healthcare and emergency services
