Exciting opportunity for a corp sec team lead to be groomed to take over a lean experienced corporate secretarial department. This is a fantastic role for someone with proven leadership experience and strong SGX-listed technical skills.

Responsibilities

You'll be working closely with the Board of Directors and Management team to handle SGX listing requirements and corporate governance regulatory work.

Apart from the day to day overseeing of corporate secretarial matters, you'd remain hands on when needed to execute the work itself.

Requirements

CSIS Qualified or in progress towards completion with at least 12 years corporate secretarial experience. Demonstrated working knowledge handling SGX-listed entities will be required.

Prior/current experience leading at least a lean team is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Handling full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties for our clients which includes but not limited to company incorporations, striking off of companies, preparation of directors' and shareholders' resolutions.
• Ensuring compliance in accordance to relevant statutory requirements, maintenance of statutory registers and submission of statutory returns.
• Handles ACRA Biz-filing requirements.
• Handling and managing a portfolio of clients.
• Provide guidance to Corporate Secretarial Assistant.
• Other adhoc duties as and when required

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in Business Administration or Law. Other qualification will be considered
• Prior experience in relevant field will be an advantage
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
• Proficiency in Mandarin required to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients
• Positive working attitude, pro-active, good team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Able to work under pressure
