Job Description

You will be part of the NUS College administrative team working closely with the Vice Dean (Outreach) as well as team leads and team members to oversee, optimise and strengthen administrative processes throughout the Outreach pillar, and provide support in selected outreach efforts. • Work hand in hand with the design team to develop engaging content for GyroGear’s website, blog, newsletters, and social media platforms.
• Coordinate with the Online Sales Manager to produce marketing materials that drive conversions and align with sales strategies.
• Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all content and platforms, maintaining alignment with GyroGear’s identity.

4. Social Media and Online Presence

• Manage GyroGear’s social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, etc.), ensuring timely, impactful, and sales-aligned posts.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance, leveraging data-driven insights to refine strategies.
• Engage with online communities to build relationships and foster advocacy.

5. Analytics and Reporting

• Track and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) for digital and PR campaigns, including media reach, conversions, and engagement rates.
• Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Hootsuite) to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize strategies.

6. Stakeholder and Team Collaboration

• Partner with the Online Sales Manager to create synergy between digital communications and e-commerce efforts.
• Liaise with external partners, including PR agencies and content creators, for flawless campaign execution.
  • Mentor and train team members on digital communications and PR best practices and trends.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Digital Media, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in digital communications, PR, and e-commerce marketing, preferably in the healthcare, technology, or startup sectors.
• Proven success in managing digital campaigns and growing media and online presence.
