Key Responsibilities

• Translate global strategies to regional opportunities and align back regional opportunities with the BU business models to enable competitiveness
• Drive progress in key strategic regional initiatives and programs through tight coordination-collaboration with senior management, functions and BUs
• Improve operations by executing administrative cadence and optimizing decision making in regional level initiatives.
• Negotiate and execute ecosystem partnerships in Singapore to accelerate new business opportunities from inception to execution
• Build and maintain relationships with key public stakeholders to ensure Applied Materials is strategically positioned and supported

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage daily and monthly billing activities timely and accurately
• Attend to billing queries by internal and external parties
• Ensure invoices are formatted and sent out according to customers’ requirements
• Liaise with upstream process owners to generate invoices, debit notes, credit notes
• File billing and supporting documents systematically
• Support GIRO upload
• Upload invoices to customers’ vendors’ portal
• Ensure accurate month-end closing
• Be part of the revenue analysis work
• Perform other ad-hoc duties or tasks assigned
• Assist with internal & external audits and assigned duties/projects
• Willing to work on the last weekend of the month to meet closing deadlines
• Workplace at Changi Airfreight Center (30 Airline Road)

Function Description

This position serves both Business Development and Service & Support. The position requires detailed knowledge of flight simulation equipment, maintenance, and operation, as well as Collins image generators and display systems. Experience within the Asia-Pacific region and especially with China airlines, training centers, and training device manufacturers is also required. This position works as part of the business development team to identify and follow market opportunities, clarify customer requirements, organize proposal submissions, and conduct contract negotiations. Detailed process knowledge of Collins service and support, and business development workflows and systems is desired.

Performs duties related to overall customer service including post-sales support. May support sales team by notifying other divisions of customer concerns and trends. Responsible for maintaining quality and consistency of service by documenting and identifying trends in customer service needs. Performs on-site services for Aftermarket clients, installs new equipment and services, maintains / services and upgrades existing equipment. Provides instruction and education regarding products or equipment usage to customers and internal employees. Designs and manages product training for customers and staff.

Discipline Description
Coordinates with Customer Service representatives to identify customer training and support needs. Resolves issues surrounding installation, usage, upgrade and training on products. Provides on-site support as needed. May resolve technical problems in a call center/help desk environment or through customer escalation. Completes proper documentation of issues.

Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years of prior relevant experience or, an
Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience.

Familiarization and experience with regulatory authorities is required.

Purpose
Senior Product and Technical Service professional with significant experience. Implements customer support strategy. Works with leadership and Customer Service representatives to develop and execute effective support programs in alignment with projected changes in production processes, equipment upgrades, and/or other product strategy.
Responsibility Statements Subject matter expert for multiple products and services.
Operational lead for complex customer technical matters. Work with Customer Service to review effectiveness of technical support activities and identify customer training and support
needs. Responsible for improvements to product and technical service programs and offerings in alignment with production processes, product changes, and other factors. Direct implementation of product and technical services.

We are looking for an individual with a passion for auditing, with at least 5 years of experience in performing various audits, including integrated audits of business processes and systems, IT audits, and auditing emerging technologies. We value individuals who are able to work independently and also as part of a team.

The auditor will play a consulting role as advisor to business units - advising business units on control procedures, system security measures and other governance matters.

CAG Internal Audit aims to be a data-driven audit function. We focus on use of data analytics and other digital tools to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of audits. Prior experience in the use of data analytics and data visualization tools in audits would be advantageous.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for assigned audit activities, including risk assessment and planning, establishing audit scope and approach, resource planning, preparing the audit assignment plan and audit programme, carrying out audit fieldwork, maintaining proper documentation, reviewing and/or supervising work done by teams, resource management if leading a team.
• Responsible for communications and resolution of observations / findings with stakeholders, preparing clear and concise reports on the risks, findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Establish data analysis criteria, be involved in user acceptance testing of the analytics developed, and use of analytics in performing audits.
• Enhance audit program and procedures where required, to improve audit effectiveness and efficiency.
• Ensure adequate follow-up of audit recommendations after report issuance, until all issues are resolved and implemented.
• Act as a consultant to business units to review and advise on control procedures, system securities measures, and/or governance matters.
• Act as a relationship manager between Internal Audit and audit clients.

Requirements:

• University degree majoring in Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science or related disciplines.
• Professional qualifications: CPA, Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or CISA, CISSP, CCSP.
• At least 5 years of practical experience in performing integrated audits of system and business processes, IT audit, and auditing emerging technologies.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Effective project management, interpersonal and influencing skills.
