About the role

McConnell Dowell seeks an experienced Coordination Manager for one of our major infrastructure projects in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

• The Coordination Manager shall take charge of all coordination work of civil, structural, architectural and SWCs and be responsible to manage project coordinators relating to civil/structural, architectural and E&M.
• Managing interfaces for design and construction of transit projects and have full understanding of the design approval process and TFP/TOP process.

About You

To be considered for this role, you will have;

• Minimum 8 years of engineering experience.
• Recognized Engineering Degree, and at least 5 years of experience in managing Civil & Structural, Architectural and/or E&M Building Services works of similar scale and complexity.
• Able to hold and take charge of coordination meetings across design teams.
• Strong in communication between cross-functional teams.
• Able to work alt sat work week.

· Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.

Salon Manager Job Description

We are looking to employ an efficient and highly skilled salon manager to oversee all salon operations. The salon manager's responsibilities include enforcing staff compliance with the salon’s health and safety policies, identifying ways to increase salon revenue, and ensuring that salon equipment is serviced and repaired as needed. Ensuring that the salon is clean and well-maintained at all times.
