Job Responsibilites

• Manage the overall delivery of the infrastructure project on or ahead of time with all client expectations met.
• Assign resources to deliver the works within budget, time, quality and regulatory standards, monitor and guide workflow, setting daily, weekly and long-term project goals.
• Manage the specialist functions of design, engineering, procurement and construction, manage the interaction of various disciplines and multiple work streams.
• Production planning, review progress against plans, contractual arrangements and delivery milestones to ensure they are on schedule and within quality and cost estimates and take effective remedial action as required.
• Financial Management: Ensure strong contract, commercial and financial risk management, accurate forecasting of both costs and revenue, take corrective action in line with CCCC authority and reporting frameworks and maximise the profit margin for the project.
• Demonstrate leadership in risk management, compliance and auditing and ensure legislative, pre-contract and commercial obligations are met, including compliance with the relevant Building Code.
• Stakeholder management: Ensure that stakeholders are actively engaged and that beneficial relationships between the project and the client, subcontractors, community and other external parties are developed and maintained.
• People management: Monitor staff and labour resourcing to ensure the project has the capability to achieve targets, supervise workforce, including subcontractors and foster a high performance team with a positive employee relations environment.
• Contribute to new business, continuous improvement and broader business activities
• Arrange coordination with LTA and QPS and meeting with subcontractors.
• Coordinate with headquarter and site team to obtain enough resources for the projects
• Organize a proper project management team & plan to carry out the construction works
• Submission of progress report to project manager, client and relevant personnel.
• Ensure compliance with all authorities' regulations, which include BCA, PG, PUB and NEA etc.
• Perform all duties in accordance with company’s polices, processes, systems, reporting and procedures.

Job Requirement:

• Holds a Recognised Degree in Civil Engineering or transportation engineering degree.
• Minimum ten (10) years of experience in construction industry
• At least seven (7) years of experience with main-contractor.
• Able to to lead work with counterparties overseas.
• Possess effective time-management skills to meet deadlines and planned deliverables.

• Product Design & Development:

1. Lead the design and development of high performance power Inductor to meet market needs of digital evolution and electrification of vehicles, creating new economy opportunities and enhancing local engineering knowledge base.
2. In addition to high-performance product structure design, strengthen and develop technical skills of the team, including expertise in core magnetic material technology.
3. Utilize CAD software to create detailed design schematics, prototypes, and models.
4. Apply engineering principles to ensure robust, manufacturable, and cost-effective product designs.
5. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to finalize designs for production.

• Customer Engagement & Application Engineering:

1. Visit customers to understand their unique challenges, requirements, and applications.
2. Provide application engineering support by offering technical expertise, recommendations, and product solutions tailored to customer needs.
3. Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to customers, ensuring a clear understanding of design features and performance.
4. Act as a liaison between customers and the internal engineering teams, translating customer feedback into actionable design improvements.

• Product Testing & Validation:

1. Define and execute testing protocols to validate designs against customer requirements and industry standards.
2. Analyze test results, identify potential issues, and implement design modifications to improve performance, safety, and reliability.
3. Ensure that products meet regulatory compliance standards.

• Continuous Improvement:

1. Lead continuous improvement efforts to optimize product performance, reduce production costs, and enhance the overall product lifecycle.
2. Mentor and provide technical leadership to junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative engineering culture.

• Process Design & Optimization:

1. Work with the manufacturing team to improve and refine processes for efficiency, quality, and cost control.
2. Ensure seamless transition from design to production by creating comprehensive documentation and detailed process instructions.
3. Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and quality enhancements across the product lifecycle.

Job Requirement

• Relevant degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in product design in manufacturing field.
• Advanced proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar) and simulation tools.
• Familiarity with simulation software for magnetic and electrical design analysis.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Willing to travel to Indonesia, as and when necessary.

Job Responsibilities:

Inventory Planning and Management

• Maintain accuracy in inventory and conduct regular cycle count
• Review inventory aging and responsible in ensuring minimal aging stock; obsolescence
• Responsible for inventory reports and analysis, identify and implement measures to meet local and regional operational needs to manage cost effectiveness

Logistics and Warehouse Operation

• Implement, organise and improve systems and work processes seeking continual improvement in workflow of the team (day to day activities)
• Ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and KPIs are met and compliance with company guidelines
• Maintain timely deliveries and up-keeping of work documents and records
• Review and streamline work processes
• Analyse reports and implement improvements based on the findings of your analysis eg: delivery schedule, packing schedule etc

Team Management

• Ensure that team output and documentation is accurate and timely
• Identify and implement training needs of team members and ensuring that training systems are effective and results driven
• Train new hires/update processes
• Manage and uphold discipline of warehouse staff

Job Requirements:

• Possess at least Diploma in Logistics /Supply Chain or equivalent
• A min. of 3 years’ experience managing and leading a team to manage warehouse arrangement as well as processing of orders in effective and efficient way. Experience in ecommerce industry is a plus.
