• Support the business to drive sustainable profitable growth and meet financial objectives.
• Maintain strong internal controls, ensure compliance to US GAAP, local laws and regulations and Danaher/Leica policies.
• Supervise, train and develop talent

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Accounting Degree or equivalent with >5 years’ experience in handling full set of accounts
• Knowledge of SAP is a must
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, knowledge of Power BI is a plus
• Good influencing and communication skills, ability to work under pressure
