Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the RWA product, aligning with company goals and market trends.

Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on RWA trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis to ensure our product meets market demands.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and marketing, to ensure seamless product development and launch.

Product Development: Manage the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features.

Qualifications: Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in blockchain, fintech, or SaaS industries.

Strong understanding of blockchain technology and the Real-World Asset (RWA) ecosystem.

Exceptional bilingual communication skills in Mandarin and English (written and spoken).

Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote work environment, managing cross-functional teams across time zones.

Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).

Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute the project from initiation to completion, ensuring all work is carried out according to project specifications, within the allocated budget, and on schedule.
• Collaborate with the Director to establish clear project objectives and approve all project-related goals and deliverables.

• Appoint dedicated staff to manage the control of documents and records, inspection and testing equipment, and the design and construction of temporary works.
• Ensure all project activities are carried out in adherence to the highest Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) and quality standards.
• Negotiate with subcontractors on pricing, special conditions, and addenda, while ensuring thorough vetting of subcontract agreements.
• Work with the Director to agree on final accounts with subcontractors and clients, ensuring all financial settlements are in line with the contract.
• Ensure the procurement and submission of necessary bonds, warranties, and guarantees as required by the contract.
• Review and verify subcontractors’ interim payment certificates, ensuring they accurately reflect completed work and align with project progress.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing residential construction projects, with a solid understanding of construction processes and project management.
• Relevant certifications as required by BCA (Building and Construction Authority) and other industry standards.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software tools for project management and construction processes (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, Procore).

Job Requirements:
