We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Transactions Manager to join our Global Transactions Team. This role will be a primary POC between cross functional internal teams and internal/external legal counsel, brokers, consultants, etc. The individual will be responsible for leading regional transactions with support from brokerage teams, as well as working closely with internal stakeholders to solve issues and answer questions related to the leased and owned portfolio. Responsibilities

• Drive end‐to‐end transaction management, including new leases, serviced office agreements, acquisitions and dispositions of real estate
• Lead regional consolidation efforts to support disposition work by performing detailed real estate strategy scenario planning and financial analysis
