Responsibilities:

• Handling a full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties for mostly private companies limited by shares, including company incorporations, preparation of directors’/shareholders’ resolutions for on-going corporate secretarial matters for clients, maintenance of statutory records and registers.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Assisting with employment pass applications for clients (training will be provided if no experience).

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Minimum Polytechnic Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 5 years’ relevant work experience.

Lead the accounting and reporting team to ensure the efficient operation of the team and complete various financial accounting and reporting work on time and accurately.
