Responsibilities:

· Work with Fund Administrators on fund subscriptions, transfers, redemptions, and various investment reports to investors.

· Assist in performing regular fund NAV valuation, trade booking, reconciliation, corporate actions

· Liaise with fund Administrator for NAV reporting, financial reporting, and client reporting.

· Review the accuracy and completeness of clients’ statements of accounts including capital activity, investment activity, income and expense accruals, valuation adjustments, etc.

· Support quarterly regulatory financial reporting to MAS.

Requirements:

· A Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Accounting or related field.

Responsibilities:

• Perform day-to-day accounting transactions per charity accounting standards, not limited to General Ledger, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables and bank reconciliations.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly/quarterly/yearly financial reports including the preparation of grant claim reports to relevant funding agencies.
• Ensure all accounting transactions are recorded accurately and in accordance with prevailing accounting standards, and company accounting SOPs/policies.
• Assist in annual budget preparation.
• Liaise with bankers, auditors, and other stakeholders on related matters.
• Maintain fixed assets register.
• Maintain donation records using donor management system and crowd funding databases, and prepare tax deductible receipts & letters of appreciation to donors.
• Conduct in-house training on finance policies and processes to staff.

Competencies and Requirements:

• Minimally Diploma in Business Management/Accounting.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience, including full set of accounts.
• Other accounting qualifications or accreditation will be considered.
• Experience in an accounting firm or a large charity is an advantage.
• Familiar with charity related accounting processes and financial governance.
• Able to commence within short notice is highly preferred.
