Role Description

The Sales Manager, reporting directly to the VP of Sales, is responsible for recruiting, managing, and developing a high-performing team within your region that oversees the monthly transaction of assets exceeding $30 million. Roles & Responsibilities

• Create and manage production schedules to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Monitor workflows and collaborate with the Sales team to adjust schedules based on delays or changing demands.
• Update and check inventory physical stock and arrange production of finished goods to meet the sales order
• Co-ordinate with admin assistant for logistics, freight and shipping arrangements

POSITION OVERVIEW:

As an Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing the logistical and operational aspects of our business.
