The Senior Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial health and strategic financial operations of the company. Job Duties

Role Responsibilities:

• Plan and monitor renovation and relocation projects, including physical relocation services.
• Provide solution and to assist in implementation of staff requirement on new equipment and purchase office furniture and office equipment.
• Assist to prepare annual budget for the repair, maintenance and new purchase.
• Manage and monitor vendors’ performance and outsourcing activities to ensure quality of works meet with the agreed Service Level requirement, compliance, service standard and site visit.
• Responsible for general administration, procurement, outsourcing, printing services, office supplies, secure & general courier services, office equipment management, records management services and mailing services.
• Manage contract renewal of corporate car rental, insurance policies renewal and prepare proposal for approval before deadline.
• Manage procurement process for office supplies, rental and other needs includes negotiating with vendors and conducting tender exercises. Support procurement documentation that align with bank’s policy.
• Ascertain proper approval on service orders and payment process.
• Central contract storage for all contracts signed with external parties and co-ordinates offsite document storage.
• Provide solution and to assist in implementation of staff requirement on new equipment and etc.
• Streamline and review daily operation workflow to enhance efficiency.
• Review procedure and policies annually.
• Assist in BCP drill and work closely with IT team on issue affecting corporate services.
• Assist in ad-hoc projects / tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree holder or equivalent in business administration/management, procurement related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in facilities management, familiar with corporate services, outsourcing, procurement, vendor management, general administration preferably in banking field.
• Good knowledge of property facilities management, corporate service vendor management, outsourcing, general administration, workplace safety and health,
• Conversant with PC knowledge, including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Requirements:

· At least 8-12 years of relevant corporate secretarial managerial experience

· Must be CSIS / ICSA qualified.

· Experience working with a diverse portfolio of private and listed companies across various industries.

· Adept at handling multiple projects independently with excellent planning skills

· Adopt a positive leadership approach towards empowering and coaching team members.

· Strong communicator with stellar people management skills.
