We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Assistant Manager – Entity Management. This is a full-time and permanent based in Singapore. You will report directly to the Manager, Entity Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage ongoing contractual relationships to clients for EMS
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and partners to deliver contracted services to clients to ensure that SLAs as defined in the relevant contracts are met or exceeded
- Flag anticipated SLA issues in a timely manner to line manager so that a resolution can be agreed
- Support with training new team members across internal systems and processes
- Support a team of Senior Associates to deliver operational service excellence to clients requiring global company secretarial and subsidiary governance
- Contribute to identifying and implementing technology enhancements for internal and external service delivery excellence
- Work to meet industry beating SLAs, set for the team to maintain a market leading position.
- Be part of operational service delivey, ensuring consistent net promotor scores and client satisfaction
- Manage relationships with Vistra’s extended partner network to maintain consistency and quality across international service delivery to our clients
Key requirements:
- Strong working knowledge of governance and company secretarial matters
- Strong experience of having worked in global services environment and a client facing role
- Experience in managing third party service providers to deliver client requests
- Addressing client escalations and identifying proposed path to resolution
- Self-confident, with excellent communication and client management skills
- Customer service oriented, gaining trust with clients and with a passion for consistently exceeding client expectations
- Ability to act as a first line support with senior associates with client escalations to maintain client satisfaction
