· Identify specific business opportunities while ensuring that new transactions and credit renewals meet the Branch's credit risk acceptance criteria
· Develop relationship management strategy to deepen, maintain or exit the relationship
· Prepare credit proposals/credit renewals in a concise and timely manner while ensuring that the major risks as well as risk mitigates are highlighted
· Perform the KYC for new customer prior to the establishment of a business relationship, conduct periodical review of existing customer while adhering to the bank wide requirements
· Assist with AML/CFT manual
· Monitor credit risk of outstanding exposures and ensure timely changes are made to obligor credit ratings
· Maintain close and continuous contact with customers and target customers while monitoring the industries in which they operate in
· Pro-actively manage deteriorating credits
· Identify possible cross sell opportunities in order to maximize business returns
· Identify possible cross border business opportunities with mainland The bank branches and overseas ICBC branches for joint collaboration
· Conduct frequent marketing visits with submission of call reports

The Sr. Procurement Corporate Counsel for Global Procurement is responsible for providing expert legal advice on procurement matters, including contracts and negotiations. Job Responsibilities:
Conduct onboarding of corporate clients in accordance with KYC and due diligence requirements
Conduct annual KYC reviews/ trigger reviews within stipulated timeframe and with minimal reworks
Conduct risk assessments and prepare exceptional handling memos where required
Review and ensure documents collected for KYCs and account openings are complete and properly certified in accordance with regulatory and internal requirements
Undertake AML risk analysis, CDD and EDD checks in line with MAS and Bank's regulations
Ability to understand complex transaction structures and flow of funds to determine AML risks
Ensure accurate data inputs in the Bank's eKYC system
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelors’ degree with minimum 3-5 years of KYC experience within a Corporate Banking/Investment Banking sector with thorough understanding of end-to-end KYC process
Experience covering funds and trusts is an added advantage
Good working knowledge and understanding of current regulatory compliance requirements pertaining to KYC/AML/sanctions

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

This role sites within Reconciliation and Corporate Actions team looking after daily cash reconciliation, cash publishing and asset servicing activities.
The key responsibilities will include:
Responsible for daily cash and stock reconciliation and publishing within deadline in Aladdin
Maintain ownership of daily cash and stock breaks and proactively follow up with respective teams for breaks resolution.
Review monthly valuation reports and perform NAV reconciliation.
Responsible for processing of mandatory and voluntary corporate action events across all markets. This includes gold copy validation and creation, sending of election instruction, event processing and settlement and resolving reconciliation breaks in Aladdin.
