About The Role

Our client is a global infrastructure company, and they are looking for a dedicated Corporate Secretary to join their team.

Responsibility

You will be primarily responsible for handling the full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties, organising AGMs, board meetings, recording of minutes of meetings and drafting board resolutions. Ensuring companies’ compliance with the relevant statutory and corporate governance requirements for the company such as filing of annual returns with ACRA and resolutions. You will also liase with other external stakeholders on corporate secretarial and legal related matters.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should come with a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline and have at least 8 years of relevant corporate secretarial experience gained in an established corporate service provider/ in-house corporate secretarial environment. Knowledgeable in statutory requirements of the Companies Act and other government legislative will be highly regarded. Candidates with ICSA qualifications will be ideal.

The Regional Corporate Planning Manager, Corporate supports the CFO. Job Summary (12 months contract)

This position will provide corporate paralegal services, legal, organizational, regulatory and compliance related support to the APAC Legal & Compliance Department in the areas of corporate governance, compliance, outsourcing, licensing and legal and regulatory support.
