Key responsibilities:

• Lead initial contacts and discussions with Corporate to understand its specific innovation and commercialization plan or idea.
• Define collaboration framework and formalize the agreement.
• Drive the end-to-end development and implementation of innovation projects.
• Conduct market research and analysis to create industry insights for informed strategic decision-makings.
• Develop business plan that includes market sizing, MVP, business model, go-to-market strategy, and financial projections.
• Oversee execution of business plan by collaborating with cross-functional teams from the Corporate.

Responsibilities:

• To identify key competitors in the B2B segments for EVs
• Research and study activities of competitors to formulate viable and effective strategies to ensure sales targets are met
• Prospect decision makers of purchasers of a company and follow up with letters of introduction.
• Schedule appointments and build a relationship with gatekeepers of the establishment.
• Sales negotiation and seek approval from superior on final pricing to ensure a win-win situation.
• Explain to customers in cases of delay in delivery date and seek assistance from superiors or colleagues to expedite cases.
• Focus on prospecting corporations, accounts, or businesses through networking and cold calling
• Manage and perform test drives for corporate customers
• Prepare and get approval for quotations
• Register and Deliver cars according to company standards
• Maintain updated records for all required corporate sales reports
• Coordinate with all company departments to ensure a smooth and memorable CX throughout corporate sales journey
• Support BYD retail sales during roadshows, and campaigns and develop partnerships with companies through the BYD Corporate Program

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma
• Able to speak well and possess good presentation skills
• Preferably bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in Fleet Sales
• Knowledge and strong network in Automotive trade with B2B Sales experience is preferred
• Proven track record
• Class 3 Driving License preferred

• Coordinate on boarding process and train volunteers and external stakeholders
• Support management duties for volunteer events
• Keep track of volunteer programme and provide administrative support on volunteer related activities
• Maintain volunteer programme schedule and events calendar
• Assist in matching volunteers’ skills with available roles, help volunteers understand their responsibilities and ensure compliance
• Coordinate with donors /internal staff on the receipt of items with acknowledgement letter
• Assist in data collection, maintain proper filing system, including data management such as data entry
• Work closely with Nursing department to coordinate the selection of residents for activity
• Provide support to ensure the volunteer programme are conducted smoothly
• Assist and support corporate events and frontline service of volunteers

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma qualification in any discipline
• Diploma in cooperate communication will be an advantage
• Relevant experience in working with volunteers will be an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and virtual meeting application
• Full-Time position: 5 working days per week (must be able to work on weekends with 2 rest days on weekdays)

Job Description

• Reviewing legal documentation under bilateral and syndicated credit facilities and facility letters to ensure terms and conditions are in line with credit approvals
• Able to accurately interpret the Credit Agreement in determining allowance of requested transactions
• Examine customer's utilsation requests relating to syndication and bilateral loan credit facilities and ensure that facility limits and all conditions precedent are met before loan disbursement
• Perform all aspects of loan drawdowns, rollovers and collections of principal repayments and interest payments for both bilateral and syndicated loans
• Prepare swift payments for loan disbursements
• Perform AML/KYC checks
