RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conceptualising and creating a mixture of short- and long-form content in the areas of giving, volunteerism and philanthropy for NVPC's website and social media marketing channels
• Work with the Corporate Marketing team to contribute to the content planning and execution process
• Where needed, liaise with newsmakers and external bodies to conduct interviews and produce content
• Support in the planning and marketing efforts for the City of Good Summit and City of Good Film Festival
• Help with simple design work, such as creating, adapting or resizing key visuals for website and social media marketing

Responsibilities:

You will assist in the stocktake of physical files, data-entry and processing of documents, including but not limited to the following:

Key Responsibilities

1. Support and Execute Corporate Fundraising Partnerships and Grant Submissions

· Support the senior management to partner with ABLE leadership, colleagues, and Board members to develop and implement sustainable fundraising efforts targeting corporate partners and grant makers to achieve ABLE’s priorities, including capital projects.

· Develop and implement innovative fundraising campaigns to drive corporate (including family offices) donations across digital platforms (e.g. giving.sg)

· Explore various channels to expand ABLE’s reach to corporate decision-makers and donors for both offline and online fundraising platforms to support ABLE’s cause.

· Support the senior management to ensure end-to-end follow-up on strategic partnerships with grant makers and foundations such as NCSS, SG Enable and other social sector agencies, corporate and family foundations, Caritas. This includes grant writing supported by relevant research and insights.

· Develop and design compelling fundraising and strategic partnership materials such as proposals, brochures, reports.

· Prepare regular updates and reports to the CEO and Board members including analyses of donor portfolio and fundraising efficiency.

· Collaborate internally to prioritize limited resources for the greatest possible impact and return on investment, including leveraging technology and social media where appropriate.

· Support the senior management to cultivate new sources of funds from the corporate sector and grant makers to expand donor pipeline and support the sustainability of ABLE.

· Maintain the various donation payment gateways and donor database and ensure timely reporting of donors transactions working closely with Finance to ensure all TDRs are delivered to all donors.

· Support all sponsorship needs of the CPC team including seeking sponsorships for key events such as the annual charity golf and dinners.

2. Support Corporate CSR and Inclusive Employer engagement

· Work with senior management and the various programme managers to explore synergies with key stakeholders and co-develop long-term giving strategies with corporations, partner institutions and foundations.

· Work with ABLE colleagues to design and direct high-impact corporate engagement projects.

Any other duties as assigned by the Head Community Partnerships and Communications.

Requirement

· Degree from an accredited tertiary institution, or comparable qualification.

What You Will Do

As we grow our team of highly skilled professionals and institutionalize our operations, we are looking for a Corporate Services Manager to join our offices in Singapore. This role is a full-time position based in Singapore, with a target start date of January 2025.

You will work closely with the Executive Team of the organization reporting to the Deputy CEO and will manage operational and administrative matters. Amongst your core responsibilities will be:

Finance and Metrics Administration

• Generate monthly utilisation, project financials, and firm financial report for management review, liasing with external accountant

• Liaise with external accountant and auditor as part of annual audit

HR Operations Support

· Managing portfolio of companies consisting of private companies, variable capital company, offshore companies and etc.;

· Handling full spectrum of corporate secretarial matters for all stages of company lifecycle, i.e. from company incorporation to dissolution;

· Preparation of directors’ resolutions, shareholders’ resolutions and minutes of meetings, relevant statutory forms, and other related documents;

· Updating and maintaining the statutory records and minutes book of companies;

· E-filing of various returns and annual return with government agencies, i.e. ACRA and IRAS (e-stamping of transfer form), and ensuring timely compliance with all statutory requirements;

· Performing on-boarding and ongoing monitoring customer due diligence on the clients;

· Providing administrative support on day-to-day matters such as filing of documents in both hard and soft copy;

· Other administrative and/or ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

· Degree / Advance Diploma / Diploma / Graduate of ICSA or currently pursuing ICSA course. Those who do not hold the relevant qualifications but with relevant working experience are most welcome to apply.

· Able to handle portfolio of clients independently with minimal supervision.

· Well versed in both spoken and written English and Mandarin (preferably).
