• Support role for the relationship managers

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Client onboarding and ongoing KYC : to work closely with customer, onboarding team and compliance team to ensure smooth onboarding / KYC / CDD / AML in time.

2. Client servicing: to ensure day-to-day customer queries are handled in a timely manner.

3. New business: to support the relationship managers in assessing the viability of the new transaction, in ensuring timely submission of account opening, credit proposals, deal presentation slides and manage the credit process and turnaround time. To attend roadshows and make customer visits with relationship managers

4. Ongoing account monitoring and customer relationship managing :

Be able to :

• ensure timely submission of periodically account reviews and loan reviews, conduct post-lending monitoring of approved conditions/covenants. To raise waivers arising from deviations from bank policies and approved conditions/covenants.
• develop and manage customer portfolios as well as conduct regular credit reviews to maintain healthy loan portfolios;
• visit customers periodically with RM to update the latest situations of customers and develop new business;
• implement transaction monitoring, ask customer provide transaction information or supporting documents.

5. Regulatory: to ensure regulatory checklists are completed and maintained in accordance with bank policies and requirements.

6. Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by HOD and RM.

We are looking for a qualified company secretary in an executive / senior executive position to work independently and creatively with clients in all areas of corporate secretarial work ranging from incorporation, preparing resolutions and amendments to company constitution, filing of annual returns, maintaining minutes’ books and statutory records, share allotments and transfers and other ad-hoc duties and assignments.

Requirements:

· At least 5 years of relevant corporate secretarial experience

· CSIS / ICSA qualified will be preferred

· Candidates with experience handling listed companies will be viewed favourably

· High work standards with strong attention to details

· Team player with proactive approach

• The incumbent will be responsible for all company secretarial matters relating to a portfolio of clients.
• The work includes incorporation of new companies, registration of branches and other entities, prepare resolutions and minutes of meetings, ensuring compliance with the requirements of the Singapore Companies Act and the provision of advisory services and also manage a portfolio of clients.
• Maintenance of statutory registers and submission of statutory returns to ACRA.
