Your primary focus will include drafting and negotiation of over-the-counter (OTC) derivative and collateral agreements, providing legal advice around these transactions including with respect to trade confirmations, netting and collateral issues and OTC transactional and advisory work.

You will also advise on jurisdictional requirements for Asia based derivative counterparties and on regional derivative regulatory reforms and initiatives including APRA regulatory capital netting and collateral enforceability analysis and updates.

What you offer

· At least 2 years post-qualified experience in derivatives and/or debt capital markets documentation, gained from within a law firm, financial institution, or trading house
