A Regional Corporate bank seeking to further establish its presence in Singapore is looking for an experienced IT Audit Specialist. You will be given a great opportunity to execute the Audit Plan, track audit remediation and support complex coordination for the Singapore Branch. In return, you will enjoy an attractive annual remuneration of up to $100,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform internal audit risk assessments and manage audit engagements.
• Conduct post-project evaluations for the Branch’s initiatives.
• Monitor and validate corrective actions following audits.
• Coordinate external audits, internal audits from HQ, and other inspection processes.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Branch and HQ audit teams.

Knowledge & Experience Required:

• A degree holder with at least 5 years of relevant experience in external or internal auditing within the banking industry, with a preference for candidates with 3 years of experience in technology risk assessment and assurance.
• Certification such as CISA or equivalent is desirable.
• Strong data analytics skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access).
• Solid understanding of applicable regulatory requirements, industry guidelines, and best practices.

Job Details:

• Working days: Mon - Fri (office hours)
• Work location: Clarke Quay / Novena (work in office)
• Salary: $3,000 per month
• Contract duration: till Dec 2025 (Renewable depending on performance and project)
• Able to start work immediately or within 1 month notice period

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls & site visit to ensure timely consent collection
• Reach out to the respondent from selected establishment to participate and in digital survey data transmission
• Explain survey objectives and procedures to respondent on the confidential database to be extracted
• Interpret survey questions to help respondents’ comprehension
• Compile, record, input results and data from interview surveys into the system
• Conduct administrative tracking of the collection progress.
• Ensure that the given KPI are being met based on the project timeline
• Identify and report problems in obtaining valid data

Requirements:

• At least 2 years experience in administrative & customer service
• Prior experience in call center environment will be beneficial
• Able to work in a fast paced environment & achieved assigned targets/KPIs
• Well spoken & good communication skills
• Proficient in MS office, especially Excel

Job scope:

• Assisting with the administration of legal structures including trust, companies, foundations and other similar structures.
• Ensuring the adherence of these structures to the fiduciary, statutory, regulatory, and internal obligations that they are subject to.
• Drafting of appropriate documents and other work to assist a team of administrators of administrating the legal structures and responding (or proactively engaging) with client requests.
• Assisting with contact with client, advisors and related third parties (for example external lawyers, tax consultants etc.).
• Assisting an accounts team with the preparation of annual accounts for the legal structures, by assisting qualified bookkeepers and accountants to ensure correct information is provided to them and recorded.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and procedures and learning and adhering to AML/CFT and other regulator regulations and obligations.
